Welcome to my website
Hi this is me, Sue of Squiggly Sue Designs. I work from my 'shedquarters' at the bottom of my garden in Derbyshire accompanied by my trusty companion, Pippin the Pup. There are often many cups of tea and sometimes chocolate and cake (lots of cake)!
I love to paint the beautiful countryside of Derbyshire and the Peak District where I live. I am particularly drawn to trees and foliage in my work. Most of my paintings are very colourful and a little bit quirky.
I sell original paintings, limited edition prints (both framed and unframed) and also many of my original designs are now available as homeware, greetings cards and gifts over in my online shop.

Christmas Events
I'm so busy getting ready for all the festive events I have coming up. I have new paintings and prints to mount and frame, tea towels to fold, mugs and coasters to wrap and Christmas cards to envelope.
My next event is this weekend Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd December at th Peak Shopping Village, Rowsley with The Derbyshire Makers. The market is open 10am to 4pm both days. There will be live music and festive food, and lots of lovely gift ideas from the Derbyshire Makers. The event is FREE, parking is FREE and dogs are very welcome!
